Thank you for your response, it has been very hard to get testing done while he has the episode. I tried to take him to the ER during one of the episode but by the time we got there he was fine. While we were in the car he fell asleep immediatly and when i got to the ER and took him out of the car he seemed fine. They checked his sugar right away which came back fine, and did a EKG which was fine. The ER doctor felt as though it had something to do with his brain and contacted our pediatric right away. He had a MRI which also came back normal, He wore a 24hr heart monitor, had a echo, all came back normal. He is currently seeing a ped. Neurologist and had a EEG done which came back normal, our next step will be 48hr EEG. I was just wondering if someone has seen anything like this. It started when he was 2, he is now 5 and we haven't received and answers. He does not have headaches with the episode, but he has had headaches in which he will tell me his brain hurts and he'll lay on the bathroom floor moaning and say he feels sick. These headaches are very random. He hasn't had one in about 6 months. He remembers, and i've asked him how he feels and being that he is 5 he doesn't make sense when he tries to explain how he feels.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.
I cannot tell you what is wrong with your child. It would be important that the tests he has had done (esp EEG and cardiac monitor) is obtained when he has an event. Does he get a headache with these events? Does he remember these events?
You should have your son visit a pediatric neurologist
