Dr Anurag,

Is there any way i can talk to you,or discuss my medical history with you
I do not have cholestrol problem
after i suffered from my vitamin deficiencys my immunity was ver low and i was tested for differnt viral ,there where some strains which came out positive like the EBV<HPV etc but they where dormant not active
i was also tested for TB-*but my skin test was positive all other xrays been negative
i  india as we are vaccinated most of us do test positive for the skin test
I have also done a spine xray which did not show any entrapements but did show a litte spinal changes which happen at the age of 30 in everybodys body (i dont know the techincal medical term)
also i am just 27 years age i wanna start a family but all these symptoms do not stop

I have had muscle twitches, etc my defiencys where mostly due to crash dieting i had done in my teen years,i still get on and off muscle twitches like some part in the body or eyes
The doctors in US put me on savellla which just made it worse
I myslef went off all the medication last september(my descision) with sheer power og yoga and meditation healed my body and mind

As per your question i dont have any medical condition like diabetes
My job keeps me seated for long in one position
i dont have numbness or tingling

There is strecthed feeling in the thighs and  sometime buring sensation in toes or shins
which is very rare now

I still have B vitamins and d with calcium on dailybasis
if all these symptoms are due to  defieciney and viral related how long will it take for me to heal completely
my history july 2008 b deficiency
january 2009 d deficiency
may 2009 viral strains showed lil high side which went down
In between with all this i went in severe mental problems /and emotional stress

The on and off muscle pain
specically in thighs and muscles in lower back and knees

When would be a safe time for me to plan a baby
Is there some diet or exercises i should do

I appreicate your answer and help...And i look forward to hearing about these above questions from you...please Sir do reply
IT would be great help!!!
Thanks again

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, Thank you for your question. Most likely your symptoms could be due to vitamin deficiency, injury to a nerve, pressure on spinal/peripheral nerves (neuropathy), lack of blood supply due to cholesterol plaque from atherosclerosis in the extremities, viral infection and use of certain medications.  In addition, atherosclerosis can also cause pain, numbness, and tingling while walking and they can also reduce blood supply and lead to numbness. Please consult your doctor to get all these possibilities evaluation in your case for further assessment. Hope this helps.
