unknown syncope

I am trying to help my drs find out why I have been having dizziness and bouts of syncope. I have been hospitalized and have had all the heart issues taken care of and my heart checked out good. So it is not coming from my heart.  So I need to know if this is from a damaged ocipitical nerve from an car accident in 1999 that still gives me pain in my head.  Or is this from my ears , or does it sound like some kind of cist or brain tumor... I also forgot to say that I have also been having nausea almost every day for 3 mos. now.  If you have any ideas  let me know

God bless,

Laurel ash

Have you had a tilt table test?

Did they monitor what was happening to your bp and heartrate when you went from a laying/sitting position to a standing position?

Have they ruled out orthostatic hypotension and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome?

Have you had your adrenal glands checked?

Sorry for all the questions :) but it gives a better picture of what tests you have had and what they have ruled out.
