weird scalp like head pains?

i've started to notice over the past month or two some extremely weird head pains.
i can't even really describe them. the pains are random, they happen throughout the day, some days more than others. the only way i guess i can describe the pain is "a scalp like pain, the feels 'deeper' than just my scalp" it also kind of radiates. now this pain happens in random spots as well.
for example, right now, the pain is on my right side towards the back of my head.
the sensation ranges from dull and achy to sharp and stabby. i'm quite scared of this being something serious :[
other symptoms i am having that might possibly be unrelated are red, bloodshot eyes pretty much as soon as i wake up and all day.
nausea
stomach cramps and pains, mainly on the left side
and chest pain, again, mostly on the left side. [seen a doctor for this, assured me nothings wrong, can't find anything wrong]

i have glasses, and i wear them when i need to, so i don't think that's my problem.

also, i haven't been properly diagnosed with it, but i'm pretty sure i have TMJ due to the fact i do have constant headaches, teeth grinding and clenching [all day and worst when i'm asleep], facial pain, and jaw popping.
any idea what can cause this head pain?
i'm really scared. i have terrible anxiety and this isn't helping at all =/

Hi,
The probable diagnosis of your symptoms could be Meningitis, Staphylococcal toxic shock syndrome, Yellow fever, Anxiety, Sandfly fever. Multiple sclerosis also needs to be ruled out. Please go for MRI of the brain and spine and consult a physician and neurologist for examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope  this helps you. Take care and regards!

neck feels stiff but it's not, i can move it freely.
neck kind of makes this weird popping noise and feeling if i move it suddenly, almost as if it's not attached properly.
