C6/C7 HERNIATED DISC POST SURGERY

I am about 10 months post surgery on my C6/C7 where I had a fusion. My symptoms where horrendous pains in my back chest and down my left arm, with weakness. I opted for the surgery which seemed to go well. Over the past 2 weeks or so I have had a flare up where my neck is really really stiff, and I have again tingling in my left arm, the muscle twitching has reduced.

I am starting to panic and dont want to have another scan just in case there is something wrong, and with my my work who have been very patient over the past 12 months I may find myself out of a job.

Any advice is great

After 20 months a very rigid fusion was formed, your bone are too much strong and muscles are complaining from some hard bed... just muscular spasm, really no worries.

I don't have any advice for you...sorry!  Just hope everything is okay, but you need to get it checked out.  Keep us posted please.  I am having ACDF in exactly one month, so I'd be interested to hear what you went through if you have the time.  Take care!
