cystic glioma in pons

Hi recently my brother was diagnosed with cystic pontine glioma  (2.5x2cm) with minimal hemorrhage in ventricles.he lives in INDIA.Doctors said that is inoperable and there are no tretments available.Now he  is having lefthand and leg weakness and facial nerve palsy .can uplease suggest me the available treatment options and prognosis of the disease.thank u.                                                                                                                                                  MRI REPORT -well defined non enhancing,T2 and FLAIR hyperintense,T2 hypointense cystic lesion in pons on the right side with no significant perilesional edema and causing mass effect on 4th ventricle with minimal hemorrhage (fluid fluid level with minimal T1 hyperintensity)--?cystic glioma

vp shunt then gamma knife. prognosis of glioma is not optimistic

v-p shunt then gamma knife, otherwise gliomas are agressive
