Did anyone else NOT know about this??

This is disturbing to me.  Did you know that there is a clause in the stimulus bill that allows the president to use any left over funds for any purpose that he sees fit?  I wasn't aware of this.  Were you?  I'd assumed (incorrectly it seems) that any left over funds would go back into the Treasury or to pay off the deficit.  But that certainly won't happen now.

I have no idea what he's going to do with it but I'm sure it's something I'm going to hate.  (Oh, there's that word again!)  Anyone have any idea what he might use it for?  Did you know this provision was in there?

Legislation is being by passed in many instances Sara , with a stroke of the pen he does what he likes by Executive fiat ...who is saying NO ....PS.... $2 Billion to Brazil $2 billion to Mexico ...=..  redistribution of wealth   islamic mosques and ancient sites paid for with our tax dollars ...redistribution of wealth to the rest of the world ..we have NO money but we can distribute it to the rest of the world willfully and knowingly ..when will this country start impeachment ....

That happens with a fair amount of legislation and there should be specific laws that would stop legislation from having part of it being misdirected to other than the specific issue it was intended to address.
