From your measurements, you are underweight for your height. It is recommended when underweight to slowly gain weight to help the body systems get used to the extra weight. Suggest drinking only 2 Ensures a day with eating healthy foods. After 5-6 months you can increase to 3 Ensures a day which should be your limit if you are eating food at meals. Recommend eating a protein source food at all meals and snacks, such as milk, cheese, puddings, rice and bean combo, meat, to name a few, to help gain weight. Hoped this helped you.
