5 yr old daughter has a huge Belly

Our 5 yr. old daughter has a huge belly, and it has always been there, but it seems to be getting bigger and bigger the taller and bigger she gets. She is so active, and she eats well. We don't have unhealthy foods in the house, no juice or pop or candy. We just don't understand why shy is so big when she is non stop from the time she gets up to the time she goes to sleep at night. Do you think she may have a thyroid problem?
Thanks

I would have her pediatrician check her thyroid and do the related blood work. I can not think of any other reason she would have for this.

Hopefully, with all these, you will be able to find out some answers alone with seeing her doctor.
