Can it be a vitamin Deficiency?

FWK
Hi,

I have been getting paresthesia (tingling mainly in fingers, legs, toes and hands but soemtimes otehr places also) since 10 weeks now, they come and go and last seconds or a minute max.

I also have leg weakness and joint weakness, muscle aches(not severe) just liek wehn you go to the gym after work out. Haven't gone to the gym or played sport for 3 months.
I also have fuzzy vision(not severe)...going for eye test this week

Any suggestions if I have any vitamin or nutrient deficiency?
Will a normal blood test show these problems?

Regards,
FWK

I had symptoms where I was confused what was causing them so I saw a naturopath a got a "breyers coctail" injection which is the basis of B complex, B12 and all the minerals needed for me. Wow I never felt better or so energized. This could be an option for you to find out if this is your problem or if these joint weakness and muscle aches are related to deficiencies or not. You can read about this "Breyers Coctail" online to find out more information.

It would also be highly recommended to see your doctor and get some bloodwork done, the doctor should know what to test you for.

I hope this can help you

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Recommend you have your MD run blood tests that reflect all vitamin and mineral levels to see if there is a deficiency or a toxic level. If you are taking mega doses of vitamins (water or fat soluble vitamins) or minerals, you may have medical issues. If the levels are normal, then it is other issues which you and your MD can decide where to go from there. Thank you for your question.
