Confused

Ive had chills and pains in my legs + back pain, my test show Im fairly healthy. What could it be?

Weeeeel... You could be a little low in manganese, manganese defficiency can cause poor bone health, joint pain, fertility problems, hearing loss and ligament weakness. Though defficiency in manganese is quite rare....

Even so, try eating more of leafy green veg, some more fruit, wholegrains, fish and mabey some legumes. Eat healthy!! These have lots of other good nutrients for your body too and are sure to have benifits!!!

We need to do a clinical evaluation to arrived at a diagnosis, including history taking, laboratory exams, x-ray/MRI and so on. What  test did you undergo and what are the results?
