Dietitian

I have had stones since I was 18 (now 33) and I am being told once again that I need to see a Nutritionist for my constant stone throwing.. I have been put on diets through the Urologist office (piece of paper of foods to avoid) but I am thinking that it is a waste of my time.. am I correct? are they just trying anything at this point cause i am such a high stone former? I produce Calcium oxalate stones and some time a Calcium Polysomething stone..
