Have you increased your metabolism? It is better to eat regularly than one meal a day, but people do have different habits that work for them. The real question is whether what you eat works for you, whether you have enough fuel to do what you need to do and do it well, and whether you're burning off more than you eat and more than you used to because without increasing your metabolism and decreasing foods that quickly metabolize into sugar you'll just settle into a new normal, which you've done, and not make any change.
I agree but every since I said I was going to loose weight because I hit the 200 mark I haven't been eating but at dinner now they are saying I have to eat 5 small meals a day it is so hard the thought of food makes me full idk if it's because I hit my braking point with my weight or what
Now wait -- eating small meals is for people who eat too much, not people who eat too little. If you don't eat much you shouldn't be gaining weight, you should be losing unless what you eat is incredibly high in bad fat and bad calories.
