Hey guys and ladies!
Everytime I look at food or even smell it I feel sick to my stomach. Everytime after I eat I feel like I need to vomit (but I don't..I just have the feeling). Sometimes my stomach will feel really aggravated. I eat gluten free and am very careful with my diet. Also, I eat a lot of natural and organic foods. I am not pregnant..I just had my "time of the month."
This has been going on for about 4-5 months.
Any suggestions on what it could be or even ways to help it?
