If you go to the McDonalds web site they have all of the nutritional info on their site for there whole menu. Although I am sure that we would all agree that McDonalds everyday is not the way to go once in awhile will not destroy all the other good food that we eat. Their new veggie wraps are not that bad and a single cheese burger is not terrible at all. I once had a nutritionist tell me to live by the %90 rule. Which is %90 of the time to what is health and good for you the other %10 of the time be %10 bad. ie get the veggie wrap with the small fries and a of water not the large fries and a large pop. Hope that this is helpful.
Pax, WOW, she told you! :>)
Got some anger there. Let me explain. A lot of people post on here with almost an obsession with calories. My point about McDonald's was of a piece with many of my posts on this forum, which is that calories are only a small piece of the story. The bigger piece is how well you metabolize and digest what you eat. And I also asked you what list you were talking about so we'd know what you were talking about. It's okay with me if you choose to find that worthless, though. It may well be.
Paxilied, I thought this forum was specifically for the app that I downloaded and had the link to the forum. My Diet Diary app. As far as McDonald's goes, the question wasn't whether or not McDonald's was a healthy place to go, so I really don't see why you would bother posting if you didn't have anything worthwhile to add to the original post.
What list are you talking about? Can't imagine any diet that would recommend anything at McDonalds, as nothing there is healthy or easily digested no matter what the amount of calories are. Digestibility is as or more important than calories, and health is above all other issues.
