Have to lose

I want to lose 10 kg in one month(i am 15years old).My current weight is 66 kg .what kind of excersice i should do??how much calorie i have to burn in one day?how much calorie i should consume???

The first commentator is right. I don't know your height or your activity level. Use the tools on this app. They give you lots of GOOD advice. Enter your current stats honestly in the settings.

The only healthy way to lose weight is slowly; otherwise it just comes back.  And especially when you're young and still developing, you don't want to deprive yourself of nutrients.  Slow down, do some reading on nutrition, learn how to eat properly, and do it right.
