Help

I'm 13 and I weigh 106 I want to lose 10 pounds how do I do that the healthy.

you need to check your body mass index or bmi to see if you need to lose     10 lbs, because it is just as dangerous to be underweight as overweight. At 106 lbs it sounds like you are already a healthy weight but maybe what you are really wanting to do is tone up, and yoga combined with walking and speed jump roping will help you to work almost every muscle you have. Just remember no matter your size you are beautiful.
