Hi I want to increase my weight I'm thin but my appetite is great Eat everything but my weight is stable at 59 kg I would increase it to 65-69 kg There are tablets or drugs or drugs that benefit me to increase my weight
You don't say how tall you are. Why would you want to take drugs to gain weight? Just eat more -- add a meal. What you might not like, however, isn't that you're thin, which is healthy, but that maybe you just have no muscle tone. Doing resistance training along with that extra meal can put muscle on.
