I agree about working on your enzymes and probiotics. You're missing an enzyme that the good bacteria in your gut make. I suspect antibiotics use or gut acidity issues have something to do with it. I used to be lactose intolerant, but grew out of it.

Hi
I am lactose intolerant and i was able through over a period of time starting with heavy vanilla soy milk work my way into vanilla rice milk. Sounds gross but over time even rice milk now seems heavy. I eat rice dream or soy dream ice cream. It takes a little getting used to but once you do your free and can eat until your eyes are buldging and not gain much weight. I love the stuff. They also have many types of choclate syrups that are made from non sugar ingredients to put on top. There are alternatives. I never looked back. There is rice cheese soy cheese most found in health stores or like safeways.
Good luck
Dan
Hi,
Well lactose intolerance has several reasons to it, but if you cover the main cause for it then you can take over. I would recommend a good multi lactose enzyme blend, which has several strains of plant/vegetable based enzymes. My clients have reported amazing results with a particular product(Trophic Supreme Plus Dairy Digestive Enzymes) if you couldn't find this brand don't worry just look for a full spectrum dairy digestive enzymes. I hope the info was of any help.
