were do you get the yeast and how do you take it
I have bee using Dr. Sinatra's Omega Q Plus for about a year. My last lipid profile showed trig. less than 100 and good cholesteral at 56. LDL was high at 159 and total a little high at 232. My doctor was very pleased because my ratio good to bad cholesterol was very good. Just need to get back to regular walking and that should take care of the rest. Exercise is very important.
Brewers yeast will raise good cholestrol and lower the bad,its the chromium in the yeast that does this.
If you want to lower your triglycerides, try taking Carlson Lemon Flavored Fish oil, a tablespoon twice a day, this will help to lower it, and is also good for any inflammation in the veins and arteries. Also, try Niacin, this has been known to help too.
Kamy, I do not know what 2.05 would be if converted, I am used to seeing it the other way.
