She always says shes fat. But she is quite thin, But when she says shes fat she laughs so i believe she joking'ly says it.. But When she eats she feels like she is going to be sick quote from my msn message which made me make this topic: "ive eaten 1 thing... in 3 days..." - "A corner of a brownie and i nearly threw up" :l I believed she may have had Anorexia Nervosa. But im not really sure. :(

Does she express concern about her weight? Is she scared to gain weight? Is she obsessive about her body?  If so, these are signs of anorexia nervosa.

Sometimes when someone doesn't eat for a while the stomach gets smaller and a person can feel full faster.  This can happen even for a person who does not show signs of or have an eating disorder.

Is the reason she hasn't been eating much lately because she feels sick, or does she feel sick because she hasn't been eating much lately?  When hunger pangs are really strong and a person is really hungry it can cause a nauseous and sick feeling.
