Advice, however, I have been given many, many leaflets full of Gobbldegook
Is there anyone out there who could give me a simple list of Nutricious Foods
That are either good for my conditions or simply Bad Nutricious Foods i.e,
Example I now know not to eat Bananas, or drink Fruit Cordials, due to both
Heavy Sugar and Salt content......
There's only one way to stock up on food, and none of it is the most nutritious since that means canned or freeze dried food. Nothing else will keep, since you won't have electricity in an emergency. As for the best diet, that's very individual. Beans are very good for you, but some people can't digest them. Some people do well on red meat, others can't digest it. This is a trial and error question, since we know more about what to avoid than what to eat.
I wasn't thinking of an ideal diet, something more theoretical, like if someone had to stock up on food for emergency.
