Should I take that Vitamin A pill?

I'm eating 2-3 serving of leafy green vegetable and 1 pill of 500mg of Neptune Krill oil per day. I have a 10,000 IU of vitamin A (the dry one). I understand that it's not good to overdose on vitamin A but I don't know if I will be overdosed if I take the pill. Should I take it or should I leave that bottle of vitamin A alone?

Are you sure you're taking Vitamin A, or beta carotene yielding that much Vitamin A?  Unless you have a specific reason to, it's not recommended to take Vitamin A as a supplement, as it's liver toxic if you take too much.  But you can take all the beta carotene you want, and it will convert to as much Vitamin A as you need and flush the rest or use it for other purposes.

I don't think that the Vitamin A will hurt you, however, I would not add anymore.
