There are no foods that burn fat in the way you want. Asparagus is a diuretic that can burn off water, but it just comes back when you eat and drink again. The real question is which foods put the fat there in the first place. Belly fat is usually the result of too many simple carbs -- white flour, sugar, highly processed foods. That's why it's often called a beer belly when it gets real big, due to the sugar in alcohol. If you cut down on foods quick to metabolize to sugar you should see some improvement, and the rest must be done with exercise. And if you work on your stomach muscles, some, but not a huge amount, of extra lean protein can help build muscle. Good luck.
