Hi, I am 20 yrs. old from Asia. I've observed that on my college days, Im getting really skinny. I eat a lot of food to sustain my energy, but I'm not getting big. Am I unhealthy? Can anyone share their expertise .....
For your height, you should be around 61kg which indicates you are underweight for your height. Since you are young, suggest drinking milkshakes a few times a day with your meals or snacks to gain weight.
