NO over the counter pill or Rx pill will work for the long run! The only thing that will work is in your HEAD. You have to make up your mind to do it.
i have try everything dieting alone and exercising and everything else, if is because is all up in my head i would it lose it long time ago, becuase thats all i think about.
Grace, Unless you have a medical condition that's preventing you from losing weight if you take in less calories than you burn you will lose!
hi, just wanted to say make sure you are getting enough calories a day. I started only having 700kcal a day, and I became exhausted . I lost a stone in 2 weeks but then I think I got into starvation mode and couldn't lose any more weight. I even gained weight and I hadn't increased my calorie intake. My body was just storing everything as fat. Also it helps to drink a lot of water and eat as much fruit, veg, nuts etc. as you can. They'll make you feel healthier and more energised. Stick to a balanced diet and exercise. If nothing else you should start feeling better
