I don't have what you do, but I have bloating problem so I've done some reading around it. One thing clear is that it is easier to ruin your digestive tract function balance than it is to recover it. So recovery can take way longer than 6months. I think you just have to continue with a good diet.
What might be useful for you is look into taking some prebiotics, which help building back the good bacteria in your gut. Or also figuring out if there are any particular foods that make you bloated and discussing it with a nutritionist or doctor.
It's hard to say what the cause is from a picture, it's best to go to your doctor and have them do a check up.
