i think the best way to drop the pounds that you don't need is obviously eat better foods and drink more water to cleanse your system out..
well, for a very long time (a few months at least) i had pretty much cut out all caffine drinks etc. and mainly only drank water & soy milk..
my problem is...sure i still had cravings for the sweet stuff every once in awhile, but i mainly just kept adding on the water weight!!!
i felt like i didn't drop anything, i just added with more liquids..
what should i do?
