Losing weight and normal blood work and CT

I am a 39 year old female. My gallbladder was removed 10 years ago. I have Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  For the last three weeks, I have had abdominal cramping which has stayed constant and have occasional shooting pains, primarily in the left side.  My PCP ordered blood work, which all came back within normal ranges, as well as a CT scan with IV contrast (which also came back normal).  I'm exhausted all the time, go back and forth between diarrhea and constipation, have nausea, anxiety and confusion.  I'm much weaker and some nights the pain in my abdomen wakes me up, making me rush to the bathroom. I've lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks.  Help!

Hasn't your PCP referred you to a specialist by now?
