I agree with ducky.... when you DO eat.. what are you eating?
Eating tiny amounts slows your metabolism too and puts your body into starvation mode so everything you consume is stored (as fat) because your body doesn't know when it is going to be fed again.
Are you taking any supplements? i would advise, as ducky has, to see your doctor and/or a therapist.
Are you active at all or leading a very sedentary lifestyle? You don't really give us much to go on here
The feeling of constantly being bloated or full can stem from some serious problems- like ovarian cysts. Loss of appetite is also common in depression. If this is a constant thing that you battle with I think you need to bring it up with a dr. Forgetting to eat or being overly too stressed is one thing -but it sounds like the problem is bigger than that and you may need medical help to figure it out.
