feel sick after eating

I'm 27, male and relitivly healthy. 6'4" 190Ibs. Very active, work out, coach and play basketball. I have for the most part been active my hole life. Have not had much in the way of medical issues.

Here is the scoop. After I eat, I feel like thowing up. In fact, I do throw up, but I can swalow it back down. My stumic feels upset for about an hour or so after I eat.

I eat a wide range of foods. From salads and water, to fast food. Depending on the day and where my job has me. I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning and very little caffeen beyond that. Seldom do i drink pop, but when I do, its Sprite.

I can't seem to find any one thing that triggers it, other than food. Sometimes even after drinking water, tea or anything, I get the same feeling.

Any ideas??

Thanks

You sound healthy and you are not over weight. I suggest you get checked by you MD because if you continue to vomit you will do damage to your mouth, teeth, and esophagus from the stomach acid. Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day instead 3 big meals. That would consist of small breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks between. For example, the morning meal could be a yogurt with fruit or cereal with milk and fruit. Morning snack could be 3-4 crackers with cheese, and lunch to consists of a small salad with ½ sandwich, etc. Hopefully that may help you not to feel like vomiting. I still recommend you see a Doctor about this.
