should i use a hand sanitizer or a hand wash? Which is more effective?
More effective for what? The hand sanitizer is toxic, and if you use a hand wash that isn't natural it'll be toxic, too. It's a toxic world, you can't wash it off. Better to keep a good immune system going than worry about trying to kill every germ out there, you're just not going to do it. And in the meantime, work to get this world cleaned up so we aren't poisoning ourselves so much it's a question of this poison or that -- not a good choice to be forced to face.
