how to have healthy bone marrow?

I have an interest in healthy bone marrow, because I have seen the effects of good or bad quality blood it produces. I feel such a tremendous difference when it's functioning better, I'm astounded people haven't made that kind of health a priority.

I looked all over the internet for suggestions on healthy bone MARROW, but nothing was found. only "healthy bones" stuff regarding calcium, which is something different.

what can I do to ensure healthy bone marrow? surely it can be done through nutrition somehow. why is there no interest in that?

To have healthy bone marrow is to keep your white (immune system) and red blood cells healthy by eating healthy. Eating the proper fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins and moderate fats daily.
