The product you mention is one I wouldn't use, as it's loaded with dairy and sugar. Most people have a hard time digesting dairy products, but if you do want a protein supplement made of dairy it should be whey protein, not whole milk. If you want to ingest more, eat more -- you don't need a supplement to do that. The best way to put on weight, as mentioned above, is to learn weight training, which will put on muscle, not fat, but you also need to eat healthfully -- many bodybuilders eat unhealthy products to put on muscle and pay for it later in life. There are many ways to increase protein intake, which is helpful in putting on muscle, such as nuts, beans, lean meats and fish.
Hi!
I can understand your apprehension about your looks. You can increase milk and dairy products, lean meat, cereals, pulses, soy and other proteins in your diet but do not go overboard. Your diet should be a balanced meal. Apart from this join a gym and do weight training and stretches. This will build up the muscle mass and make your body supple. Also take up running, brisk walking or cycling to build up stamina. You can consult a dietician and a physical trainer to enhance your body image. Take care!
