something isn't right...

I'm sorry in advance for my explanation.
Almost after every time I eat, within a few hours or sometimes minutes, I'm feeling sick, stomach has bloated and in agony, my burps taste of sick and either I end up being sick or its the other end. I used to be so regular and now I'm not. If I don't go within a day, the next I burp the taste of rotting food. I've been to the doctors & everything has come back fine. I'm now on lansoprazole 30mg gastro-resistant capsules, but if I'm even a few hours out of my regular time of taking it, I'm in hell the next day again... This has now been going on for a year like this however, looking back, I think this has been building up over the last few years... Please help!

Causes of feeling sick after eating can include H Pylori bacteria, insufficient stomach acid, food allergies, gallbladder issues (difficulty with greasy foods), gastroparesis (slow gastric emptying). High acid isn't common so taking acid blockers is a drug that is masking symptoms at best.  Acid blockers are short term drugs as you need good amounts of stomach acid to absorb nutrients from foods and to kill off bacteria, fungi and parasites.

Try cutting out different elements in your diet. Maybe the problem is all bout lactose, gluten or something like that. If you wanna get really serious, you could try something like the paleo diet. This might help because you're only eating greens and meat for protein. This is a simple way of eating and if it works, you can build back towards a diverse diet by adding one or two elements at a time, trying to feel what might be upsetting your stomach.

I'm no professional, so this is just a friendly suggestion
