yes,it's wonderful article,thanks!
An interesting question would be, does the source of omega 3 matter, assuming this study is true (and the article cited by Gymdandee suggests it isn't a good study for this). Some have argued that too much flax might be a bad idea. Others argue that too much fatty fish might be a problem not because of the Omega 3 oils but the contaminants that have gotten into our fatty fish (you can avoid some of this by taking a reliable supplement, but unfortunately we have to rely on company reputation for this as nobody is doing much checking out there). And with flax, is there a difference between organically grown and that grown with carcinogenic chemical applications? Between farm raised fish and wild fish? You can see how these studies are virtually impossible to generalize from given our vast ignorance of food.

Meant to say flax seeds....
A great and safe way to get Omega 3 without the cholesterol and bad fats is by eating walnuts and flat seeds daily. There are a ton of other benefits when consuming these things too.
Many studies are exposed everyday. My opinion is this : try to eat food which contain omega 3 such as sardines or salmon etc If it is difficult for you I would suggest omega 3 capsules but I would also suggest you to confirm this with your doctor because all capsules are not the same! Take care:)
