You can go to an emergency room at a hospital (they cannot refuse you treatment) or a free clinic in your area. You need to get tests done to find out what is causing the diarrhea. It can be a number of reasons why and blood-work is the only way to find out so then the MD can treat it.

i cant go to a doctor. even without medical insurance i'd still have to pay them cash and i can barely put gas in my car to get to class. are there any other options? can i drink alot of water, or maybe it's somthing i'm eating?  there has to be somthing i can do. i have less then 60 dollars in my bank and i need it for other things then diarrea. isnt there anything else i can do?

Having diarrhea is serious if not treated. You can become dehydrated and possibly fatal. You need to get medical attention to determine the cause of the diarrhea in order to treat it. Most Hospitals do not refuse medical treatment on people who do not have medical insurance. Best of luck.
