pregnant and struggling with intake

I have never been a massive eater. I eat mainly junk food but my calorie intake was always constant.

I am now 14weeks pregnant and finding it so difficult tto get even a measley 800 calories into my day and i know this isnt good for me or the growing baby.

I am fusy with alot of foods eg chicken, fish and salads.

Its also not helping that i have developed a slight fear of vomitting so i tend to avoid high carb based meals as they are really unpleasant on the way up sorry tmi! So atm im on soups and smoothies and fruit but finding it hard to hit my daily intake

any advice welcome?

Also i dont need a lecture about the importance of nutrition please i sell and advise on nutritional products for a living. I just need ideas for high calorie meals thats arent going to turn my stomach

Do you like pasta?  Whole grain pastas not made of wheat will give calories, fiber, and protein, such as brown rice pasta or spelt pasta.  Do you like eggs?  Potatoes?  Have you tried the fattier fouls, such as duck?  How about nuts?  Lots of food out there to try.
