side effects of centrum multivitamins to the body

My husband has been taking 2 capsules of Centrum Multivitamin daily for 5 days now and he noticed 2 days ago that he's been lethargic most times, with increased urine output (color of urine very dark) though he has no problems passing urine. He's also experiencing lower back pains, nausea and vomiting (especially after intake of food). as he is currently working abroad, I am not fully convinced that he went to see his doktor about it. Could you please enlighten me about the side effects of Centrum Multivitamins and what damage it can do to the body if taken too much? thank you in advance

i have diarrhea even on brat diet now muscles ache back buttox legs after laying in bed for a period of time
hurt my feet (seeing a podiatirst) and tryng to stay off feet.
getting ultra sound treatment for neuromas and hammer toe with tears in planter fascia.

I must be getting malnutrition ie diarrhea
do not under stand pain when laying down ache finally after tossing and turning i have to get out of bed Please can  you help me??

Mega dosing on Multi vitamins does not usually have side effects so fast. It sounds like there is more going on then the extra vitamin supplement. Suggest seeing a doctor.
