sustained weight

I am a very active person and I have been at 165lbs for 30 days now. I eat very healthy and do a ton of active things throughout the entire day. I waited to weigh myself untill I felt ready. i weigh exactly the same!! I dont know what to do, I am really frustrated!! I do have an underactive thyroid disorder, but i reacently(the last week) went up on my mcg's. It dosent seem to be working.

What can I do to get past this plateau?

Yoga would help you tone up and you do not sweat. Start out slow and work at your own pace. You will see results.

well , I walk quite a bit.I sweat extremely when doing so, too. I dont really have a excersise regiment per say, but I probably walk around 1 mile a day. I cant do to many excersise movements(I cannot bend my left ankle at all), do you have any suggestions?

You did not mention if you were exercising which help you lose weight. Any type of exercise would result in weight loss and/or toning up your body.
