I'd avoid them all. They all have things in them that are unhealthy. You don't say if you're male or female -- if you're male, yeah, you could use more weight, if you're female, you're not that far off at that height. If you want to add size, there are two ways to do it in a healthy fashion -- eat more, but keep eating healthy food -- just eat more of it. The second thing to do is resistance training, which builds muscle. Neither requires you to use unproven and often unhealthy supplements. A lot of supplements can be very helpful, but when you get into the ones used mostly by bodybuilders, you're always treading in dangerous waters and should only use them if you can make a lot of money by getting really ripped. Otherwise, do it naturally, with hard work. Good luck.
