what is my problem actually?

Hello .. I just wanted to know why I have thin arms and legs like thin people.. but I have a lot of fat around my belly and chest... I have done a lot of exercises like running, crunches, planks regularly.. but those fats is still there... help me..what should I do, eat or anything. im from Malaysia..sorry for my bad english. I really need u guys help and advice.

Bad sugar metabolism and diet are the main reasons for belly fat.  That's the first place the body tends to store it.  It usually comes from eating simple carbs, such as sugars, processed flours, alcohol -- that's why it's often called a beer belly.
