Bad Odor following me
Pleaseeee someone help me im already suffering this kind of problem for almost 2 years its so sad getting so clean but there is still a bad odor keep on following me wherever i go i always FEEL SO DOWN whenever i saw someone rub their noses because of me. EVERYWHERE i go there is always a bad smell keep on following me im so clean i take a bath every morning and before i sleep and everytime i got home i smell al parts of my body and also those clothes that ive'd wear but there is no smell. I really dont know if whats the problem with me im so ashamed and scared of going out of the house and im so ashamed on my teachers and classmates also the other students i really feel ashamed I THINK ALL OF THEM ALREADY KNOW ME. So Please Anyone Help me what will i do to remove this kind of smell even thought its not from me. PLEEEAAASEEE HEEELP MEEE ANYONE.
Thanks for this advice man, but this is not only in my mind because they can smell it and yes i ignore those people who are not comfortable with this odor but i really feel so ashame when they start talking about me. They make their voice loud so i can hear it and it hurts me alot they even dont know if whats the truth they just say that it is coming from me even though its not. Sometimes i dont wanna go to school because i think all of them already know me. I've already try those possible things that i can do but still it cant be remove i dont know if why is this following me. I feel like i have an aura whether its far nor near they can smell it and i always pretend like there is no smell but the truth is its not from me
Basically you are checking again and again for bad odor so no matter what from where this odor is coming, you think it's because of you, something you can do are
1.Stop checking for odor again and again.
2. Do not try to be over hygienic.
3.Ignore people if you feel they are getting uncomfortable due to your odor
I don't think there is any physical problem in you, its only in your mind.
