Can ocd turn you into your fear like hocd I felt like I was gay same as my TOCD please I don't wanna be gay or trans

Have you been formally diagnosed with OCD? People with OCD do not turn into their fears. They are only thoughts and you need to learn to control them with cognitive behavioral therapy. You need to learn how to let them wash over you and give them no credit otherwise you will be fighting a never ending battle with your own mind.
