Compulsive hiding?

I don't know if this is really OCD or not, but it's compulsive. Sometimes I'll be in a room and I can either hear or I know a person is coming. Then I'll start freaking out and I want to hide from them and have them find me. If they come in before I can hide I'll feel like crying severely. But this only happens once about every 2 months. Is this a symptom of OCD, or are these "episodes" too far apart?

Have you been to see a psychlogist?

I don't know, I do other things that give me a similar feeling. It's like I'm giving myself a challenge. Like I have to pour a glass of milk before the microwave beeps, or I have to be on the carpet before the pantry light turns off. I just keep on getting more and more anxious as the task I'm supposed to complete with these limits gets closer to the deadline

To be honest with you, I have never heard of this before and since I'm not a psychologist I can't say whether it is OCD or not.  You feel the compulsion to hide but why is that?  And when you cannot hide quick enough why is it you are crying?  What sensation are you overcome with?
