Paranoid about something that probably didnt happen

Hi there. Last night I got really drunk when at a club in town, my friend went home so i couldnt find him anywhere. I was walking around outside the club looking for him when 2-3 men spoke to me offering me cocaine. Stupidly I agreed and then they told me I had to pay for it. Now this is the weird part: I told them I didnt have any money and walked away and I feel I remember feeling something sharp go into me. Im worried I could have been pricked with a syringe as revenge. Is it irrational to think this? I dont know if its even a real memory but its worrying me.

Well, honestly it is hard for me to answer this question.  Do you typically suffer from irrational thoughts, i.e., irrational thinking?
