Could they have put a small needle in my hair? Could I get infected?

Hello, this is my first time on the site. 2 Days ago someone stopped me in the mall. He asked about my baby and seemed to talk to someone behind me. But I just kept focussing on my baby and didn't look back. The guy then just walked away from me. There was no reason for him to have stopped or asked about mybaby. It felt like he distracted me and I got scared. S o I left the shop and went home. I looked on my body for marks but couldn't really see aby. Then yesterday I washed my hair over the bath and felt something hurt my finger. I looked and saw nothing but afterwards saw there was a small mark. Looked like a neddle prick mark. I started freaking out. I am very scared and don't know what to do.

Needle pricks really don't happen. What do you do to treat your ocd and anxiety disorder?  That is what you need to focus on.   The irrational fear is really a part of the mental health issue going on.  Talk to your doctor about getting strong help for ocd.
