HIV NEEDLE ATTACK.....PLZ HELP

Hay guys

I m 24 years old male.I m suffering from hiv ocd for a while now(almost 2 and half years) Almost everyday I m having panic attacks but I keep them under control.
But yesterday I went to a food shop.A person collide with me on my forearm. After my routine check I found a tiny red dot
on my forearm and have convinced myself I got
attacked with a needle and have now got HIV.There are pimples on my hands but theres a pimple where he hit on my hand.It
looks like a normal pimple but just a bit redder
than normal. I have many pimples on my arms
but this particular part of my arm does not
contain any.Should I worry about this or is it another haullicination.

thanks

There has only ever been one transmission this way. It happened in a prison and a lot of blood was transferred. You are worrying for no reason.

Good insight, you are correct, it sounds like OCD and you will need to find proper therapy to learn how to manage the symptoms for the rest of your life.

Seems my phobia to needling stabbing is really not alone. I seems begin to realize  that my exceedingly obsession is a OCD....
