I think my 8 year old sister has ocd

Since about two months ago i realised that my 8 year old sister has some rituals that i regognize as ocd...
1.First i saw her only once that she would go out of my room, then step back just to get out again.
2.I see that whenever i touched her in some way, she would feel the urge to do something elese to compensate ( for example if  by mistake my hand touches her back in a rising motion, she would grab my hand and make it so it touches her again in the oposite direction). I saw this  happening a couple of times lately and so i tried to test it today, by doing this rising motion and she reacted as expected. I touched her and she was really concerned about it. I asked her gently  what was the reason to this and she avoided the response as expected. She somehow explained me that sometimes her body feels like doing something to fix or some similar word, while touching her hand and then the other(i know it is not pleaaurable for her, but i really wanted to confirm that myself).

She was always an anxious kid. Like every since she was a little baby, she would be scared to stay alone in a roon while all the members of the family are at home, just in the kitchen while we live in a 2 rooms appartment. scared of ghosts even though we talked about it many times.

With this pandemic and online school, we realized she struggles with school too. Her attention is really bad, she is not sure what homework she has and so on. Does really bad in maths, even though we spent many hours with her explaining and working together to get her understand basics of basics.

Most of the time when i or my parents tell her something, she would imediately ask what? but she can very clearly hear us,

She worries a lot about stuff, especially about lies.  She worries about everything she says. (for example once in school she was asked what was her favourite colour in a foreign language and she said yellow. Later she came to me anxious and almosy crying, telling me that actually her favourite colour is purple, and kept asking me if nothing bad will happen if she lies. Could this be a sign of ocd? (a: i dk since once she told me she saw something at tv about someone who lied and was closed somewere idk).

I dont know what to do for her. Should i tell my parents that simething is wrong with her and we should take her to a therapist?
Should we wait and see? If so, how long? When should we go to the therapist?

You can't diagnose her.  You can't even diagnose yourself.  So don't try.  Also know that the troubles of kids usually don't translate to adult mental illness.  If you believe strongly that she is having a problem, you need to discuss with your parents and make your case, and if they agree, she needs to see a pediatric psychologist, who unlike you is able to diagnose.  There are lots of odd behaviors in kids and for that matter in adults, but they don't necessarily mean it's an illness, it could just be a temporary thing or someone's personality.  It's especially hard to diagnose in kids, because lots of kids who grow up to be fine are frightened and timid kids.  Peace.
