Having a bad day
Not welcome - in fact banned from HIV prevention forum. Asked too many questions. Don't blame them for being annoyed.
OCD since about 2002. Currently trying Luvox only been on it 2 weeks so still ramping up. Having some wicked triggers and anxiety that I hope and pray will calm down once the Luvox is up to level. I have worked with CBT for years in the past and it sort of helped, but I really do still suffer.
I do not know thehistory here, but I agree with Nursegirl.
You have to address the REAL issue here, because going through the steps that fear has lead you to, going on the HIV forum, is only feeding the OCD and making this worse for you.
Have you been diagnosed? Therapy? Medication?

This isn't your first rodeo...you KNOW your problem is OCD related, not HIV related, and you know that that forum is for actual HIV concerns (which you don't have). That's one of the busiest forums here, they HAVE to maintain order. There are anxious people posting there constantly, making up new ids...it's insane. It's hard to maintain order with all of that.
